The Design: 
In a heritage building on York Street, Sydney these spec fitouts were designed with a New York loft feeling in mind. Exposed ceilings, a refined palette of recycled Australian hardwood and heritage exposed elements such as the original brickwork and timber posts were uncovered and celebrated. 

Designed to accommodate the needs of future tenants, all three spec fit-outs included boardrooms, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and generous workspaces.
