The Design: 
A family house flipping project with a lot of heart.  Only moments to the beach, it made sense that this home had a beachy feel about it. A recurring motif of oak timber detailing was used thoughout window and door frames, wardrobes, kitchen and vanity joinery as well as hardware. 

Retaining the structure and architectural properties of the front facade and front room meant that a charming character was retained and enhanced. 

One of the most exciting spaces is Coogee's best kept secret, the underground cellar. With a natural drop in temperature keeping the wine cool, the flooring and joinery was created using the original structural timber posts and beams, a big tick in the name of sustainability.

Not only did a I work on the interior design for this home, but I logged the secondary stages of the DA for the home, did labouring, floor laying, sanding and oiling, gardening and property styling along with each member of my family. It was a huge undertaking but one of the most rewarding projects I have ever been a part of.
